GARMENT LOAN POLICY

As a designer, my work is the result of significant time, craft and care. To ensure sustainability and fairness in how my pieces are used, the following garment loan policy now applies:

LOAN FEES

• A minimum fee of $40 per garment, or 5% of the garment’s RRP (whichever is higher), applies to all standard garment loans.

• Loan fees are capped at $100 per garment (ie., if the RRP exceeds $2000 you will still only pay $100 to loan that item).

• For stylists/photographers/content creators loaning more than three garments, a maximum loan fee of $200 total applies, or 5% of the RRP, whichever is lower.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Loan fees must be paid prior to garment pickup.

• Once the garments have been collected, the loan is final and cannot be refunded or returned, regardless of whether the pieces are used.

• The only exception to this is if you are unable to collect the garments and wish to cancel the loan - in this case, a refund can be issued.

STUDENTS AND COLLABORATIONS

If you are a student working on a project, please get in touch- loan fees may be reduced or waived depending on the project scope.
